I really, really, really wanted to do a Don Camillo - the first one, at least - for the Loyola Classics series.
The family, however, was deteremined that they would only allow it back into print if there was a new translation that also included some stories that were in the original serialization but excluded from the book. I totally respect that, and think they are right, but that wasn't an expense Loyola was willing to take on at that moment.
